1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 777sk ("777sk", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 777sk.pro and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any 777sk service — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, promotions, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

777sk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any point during your registration or ongoing use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 777sk may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 777sk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. 777sk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

• Notify 777sk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use a shared device to access your 777sk account without logging out after each session.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available to enhance account security.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or allow a third party to operate your account.

777sk reserves the right to refuse account registration, close existing accounts, and void associated bets or winnings at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

777sk processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT. No currency conversion fees are applied to standard PKR transactions. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction processing.

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 200
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 777sk account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• 777sk reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit transaction.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum single withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the 777sk finance team.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa; up to 24 hours for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank).
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending review where 777sk identifies unusual activity, incomplete verification, or suspected breach of these Terms.
• Any active bonus balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the associated real-money balance.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 777sk Platform — including sports bets, live in-play wagers, and casino game bets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game type. These rules are published within each product section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bets are accepted at 777sk's sole discretion. 777sk reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by the Player except where a cash-out option is expressly offered and exercised within the applicable time window.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or casino game round, 777sk reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the Player's balance.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches — results are determined based on the official score declared by the governing body (PCB, ICC) at the conclusion of the event or at the point the relevant market resolves.
• Bets placed on cancelled, postponed, or abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific event rules state otherwise.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are published within each betting market and are subject to change.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

777sk offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, free spins, cashback programmes, and loyalty rewards. All such offers are governed by this clause and the specific terms published alongside each promotion.

• Bonus credits are awarded to your 777sk account balance separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirement: bonus amount multiplied by the applicable rollover factor (as stated in each promotion's specific terms), wagered on eligible games or markets within the specified time limit.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• 777sk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms will be forfeited and associated winnings voided.
• 777sk may cap the maximum winning amount that can be derived from a free bet or bonus credit as specified in individual promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 777sk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games or betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live casino games, or coordinate betting patterns to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, inside information betting, or participation in any scheme to corrupt the outcome of a sporting event covered by 777sk betting markets.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any communication with 777sk.
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation controls, IP restrictions, or any security measure implemented on the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777sk Platform — including but not limited to the 777sk name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 777sk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 777sk Platform without prior written authorisation from 777sk.

9. Privacy & Data

777sk's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777sk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777sk does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily restrict access to the Platform. 777sk accepts no liability for losses attributable to Platform downtime or technical failures outside its reasonable control.

12. Suspension & Termination

777sk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. 777sk may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts as notified to the Player.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.

Upon termination, 777sk will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account, less any applicable fees, forfeited bonuses, or amounts subject to withholding pending investigation. Accounts closed for fraudulent conduct or material breach of these Terms may have their entire balance forfeited at 777sk's discretion.

13. Amendments

777sk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 777sk Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether of a contractual, tortious, or other nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the internal regulations of 777sk's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 777sk, you agree to first attempt resolution through 777sk's internal complaints procedure by contacting the support team. If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to an independent dispute resolution mechanism as designated by 777sk.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
